Wood wool layer
Long wood fibres bound with mineral cement. Non-flammable and sound-absorbing, with a tough, open-textured face that takes paint, plaster or an exposed finish and gives a firm base for fixings.
WELTISO is a two-layer sandwich panel: a mineral-bonded wood wool layer and a dense stone wool layer, joined in the factory with a special-formula non-flammable adhesive. One board does three jobs: it holds back fire, absorbs sound and stops heat loss. Designed and manufactured in Türkiye by Sagist Group.

WELTISO is a sandwich of two materials bonded into one panel. Both layers are non-flammable and both insulate against sound, so the panel protects against fire and noise from either side.
Long wood fibres bound with mineral cement. Non-flammable and sound-absorbing, with a tough, open-textured face that takes paint, plaster or an exposed finish and gives a firm base for fixings.
Dense volcanic-rock fibre at 150 kg/m³. Non-combustible up to 1350 °C and it does not drip, while its dense fibres absorb and block sound. Fire and acoustic protection in one layer.
A special-formula, non-flammable adhesive joins the two layers under pressure in the factory. The bond line does not catch fire, and the panel arrives as one rigid board, ready to cut and install.

The chart shows the standard fire curve used in furnace tests (ISO 834 / EN 1363-1). WELTISO holds its barrier function for the full 120 minutes, while furnace temperature passes 1000 °C.
Both layers are non-flammable, so the panel resists fire from either side: 120-minute fire resistance and a 1350 °C thermal threshold. Built for fire walls, shafts and escape routes.
Both layers insulate against sound, whichever side the noise comes from: the wood wool absorbs echo and the dense stone wool blocks noise passing between rooms. Sound transmission loss: 90 dB.
Stone wool traps still air in millions of fibres, cutting heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. Lower energy bills, steadier rooms.
Mineral-bonded and moisture-tolerant. It does not rot, resists pests and keeps its shape for decades, inside or on protected facades.

Quiet guest rooms, fire-separated corridors and plant rooms.
Compartment walls, operating theatres and patient floors.
Fire compartments and noise control around cooling plant.
Machine-hall acoustics and fire breaks between process zones.
Party walls, lift shafts and stair cores between apartments.
Meeting rooms, executive floors and open-plan sound control.
Sports halls, auditoriums and safe evacuation routes.
Recording rooms, screening halls and home cinemas.

WELTISO is the building-materials brand of Sagist Group, the Istanbul turnkey contractor and manufacturer behind more than 1,000 international projects since 1996. The same engineering, factories and logistics that fit out hotels, hospitals and towers worldwide now make the panel inside their walls.
Robotic laser cutting and CNC systems cut every panel to drawing, so it arrives on site ready to fix.
Engineering, production, quality control and site installation run under one roof and one responsibility.
Containerised, protected loads shipped door to door, with installation teams that travel with the order.
A dedicated WELTISO panel plant is planned in Botevgrad, Bulgaria, to serve European projects faster.
Send drawings and target fire, sound and heat values.
We size thickness, layers and fixing details for your build.
Receive sample panels and the current test status.
Panels are cut to size on robotic and CNC lines.
Packed, labelled and shipped to your site worldwide.

Yes. Both layers insulate against sound, from either side: the wood wool absorbs echo and the dense 150 kg/m³ stone wool blocks airborne noise. The tested sound transmission loss is 90 dB.
In hotels, hospitals, data centres, factories, residential towers, offices, schools, stadiums, studios and cinemas: anywhere that needs fire separation, quiet rooms or better insulation.

Send your drawings, quantities and target values by WhatsApp, phone or email. We reply with a technical proposal, a project price and sample panels.
Thickness depends on the fire rating, sound level and U-value you need. Our engineers size it for each project and confirm it in the technical proposal.
